About Us
At BIM-Connected, we connect data, people, and processes to make the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors future-proof. We help organizations make data findable, accessible, exchangeable, and reusable. We build tools, perform data migrations, develop data models, and guide software implementations. And we do this with enthusiasm, innovation, and a focus on real added value
The Role: What You’ll Do
As a (Lead) Innovative Data Solutions Consultant, you are the central figure in complex and challenging projects. You not only have in-depth knowledge but also act as the link between (new) clients, specialists, and stakeholders at management level.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering Wistor implementations for clients.
- Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the best approaches and solutions, including preparing proposals, plans of action, and demonstrations.
- Coordinating and directing multidisciplinary teams: data architects, software developers, consultants, and users.
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness; making sure projects are delivered within scope, time, budget, and with the desired technical sustainability.
Creating support for innovative methods: you know how to get people on board with change, demonstrate what data-centric working means, and translate technical details into clear added value.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- At least senior level (5+ years of experience) in data/software projects, preferably in a client-facing role or consultancy/project environment.
- Experience with digitalization projects in the construction, infrastructure, and/or energy sectors is a plus.
- Proven experience with open data standards, data migrations, software implementations, and setting up/improving application/data landscapes.
- Technical affinity: knowledge of data-centric principles, insight into process and information models; you understand what is needed to manage and use data sustainably.
- Strong communication skills: you can make complex technical topics understandable for clients and stakeholders, and you are confident in giving advice.
- Leadership & connecting power: you coordinate teams, make decisions, have experience with stakeholder management, and can steer projects both technically and process-wise.
- Proactive attitude, flexible, independent, and a team player. You don’t just look for solutions—you initiate them.
What We Offer You
- A dynamic, growing organization with a clear mission where innovation and digitalization truly take center stage.
- A role with responsibility and autonomy: you help determine the course in technical choices and project approach.
- A salary between €5,000 and €6,700 gross per month on a full-time basis.
- Hybrid working, generous annual training budget, 30 vacation days + option for extra days, excellent tools (laptop, phone), travel allowance / OV business card.
- An inspiring office at Strijp-S in Eindhoven; lunch, snacks, and fresh coffee are ready for you.
- Room for professional growth: you work on complex assignments, with space for your own ideas, innovation projects, and contributions to BIM-Connected’s development.
- Great work atmosphere: passionate colleagues, short lines of communication, open collaboration, and attention to work-life balance.
